Trade Assistants – Gove NT

SCEE is currently recruiting for experienced local Trade Assistants to join our team on the Rio Tinto Gove Project based in the Nhulunbuy area, Northern Territory. The works are part of Rio Tinto’s rehabilitation of the Gove Peninsula refinery site. They include the isolation and re-routing of electrical and hydraulic services to the refinery. Applicants must be local to the Gove Project to be considered. To be considered for these roles you must;
  • Have recent heavy industrial civil construction site experience
  • Hold an OHS Construction Induction Card
  • Hold a Working at Heights ticket – highly regarded
  • Hold a High Risk work licence – EWP, Dogging, Rigging – highly regarded
  • Hold a current drivers licence
  • Be living within a 60km radius of the Nhulunbuy area
  • Have the ability to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol screen
